5 Signs Your Cat Loves You
Cats are not dogs, therefore you cannot tell for sure if they love you or not. Actually, you might learn to read a cat’s behavior knowing the next signs that show your cat loves you! So, did you catch the “winning ticket”?
1). Stares and blinks at you
Cats and manners are not quite very good friends (just joking), but in fact, if your cat is staring at you might be a sign that she likes you. If this is accompanied by some slow, “romantic” blinks she is definitely in love. Isn’t that what a cat’s owner wants?
2). Rolls over and shows you her belly
Coming from a cat, it’s a clear sign she enjoys staying with you and she feels comfortable, protected and safe by your side. In other words: you are the perfect friend for her.
3). Rubs against your feet
If she does that against your feet or somebody else’s feet, the cat might claim you as hers. Cats are a little bit too commanding, so it’s clear why they do not resume to “being friends”. And, if you though something else, let’s be clear: she owns you, not other way around.
4). Bites or not?
If she usually bites people and doesn’t bite you: a clear sign she likes you.
If she usually doesn’t bite, but she does bite you from time to time, that’s a sign she wants to play. Not with anyone, but with you. She might have a crush, who knows?
5). Sits on your lap
Some cats (the ones that don’t like you) wouldn’t want to come near you, let alone to sit on your lap. Only a cat that likes you would do that. Besides, we all know that myth (or not?) that says cats sit on the places that hurt us, so she might be “work as” a medicine, who knows?
